He should play a sport he likes.
Separately, you need to feed him better and get him moving everyday. You should be walking and playing lots, it doesn’t need to be organized sports. |
True about baseball, but playing won’t do much for his physical fitness. My DS is big into baseball, but he gets his aerobic excerise in elsewhere (soccer and basketball at recess, running around and biking in the neighborhood). |
Only until 13 when the big kids are too slow to make it to 1st base on the big field. PLUS there's NO conditioning in baseball. They'll do batting practice and plop the big kid on 1st base if they can't be a catcher. |
