my derm said that as we age basically the meat falls off the bone and faces do look larger
that plus the ever-growing ears and nose |

It must be. I remember when I was a teen I wanted a nose job for my big nose. It took over my face. Never got one.
Now people comment that I’m lucky my nose is so small. So my face must’ve gobbled it up. |
