I have half a pack of chicken breasts left, what should I make?

Make souvlaki at home. Cube chicken, marinade in lemon juice and olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, s&p, then grill. Make a quick tzatziki sauce with shredded cucumber (peeled, seeded), plain Greek yogurt, wine vinegar, olive oil, powdered garlic, and s&p. Pile over warmed pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes and feta cheese.

I would pound thin, season, dredge in panko crumbs and pan fry them. Add a few squeezes of lemon on them at the end. Serve with salad, pasta, rice, green beans..whatever is simple.

Hello. DP here. What is the difference between poaching and baking? Is poaching more moist?

Enirely different. One is boiling in water, the other is baking in the over.

Poached will be more moist but less crispy.

Kebabs also good with onion, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.

You could also make greek sandwiches (spiced chicken, Tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and feta )on pita bread.
