Air Fryer

I bought the breville toaster/air fryer and it is amazing. It does go on sale 20% off several times per year. Previously I had an air fryer attachment on my instant pot and it was so small and awkward I never used it.

I think it burns off, but you can put the baking sheet on a rack below.
I have the same thing (no space for two countertop appliances) but it does not make very good toast. I think because the heat is so far away, you want the surface of the bread to heat up and brown before losing too much moisture from inside.

I do really like it for roasting vegetables and for chicken. Just had chicken thighs, did air fry/grill, some ground New Mexico chile a friend sends me, sprinkle of lime juice and salt. So good.
