All required documents clearly identified at one time and all available online. For the love of god don't make me print off a health form, scan it, and load it to your system in one place, and have an emergency contact form in another place, and "about me" section in yet a third. |

| Bus service. I grew up attending a summer day camp that ran daily buses from local schools to the camp location, which was maybe 30 minutes from my house. Made the whole thing doable for parents, and the bus ride was fun. |
1. Hours that don't match normal parent workdays. 2. Overpromising/underdelivering on camp's promised content/theme. 3. Forcing/badgering kids to do activities when they'd rather quietly observe or stare into space because they've grown tired of keeping to a schedule/being with other kids. |
