It would be nice to make a drink with watermelon juice (just use juice from fresh cut watermelon), fresh mint that is crushed in the glass, and gin or vodka. Maybe make a watermelon juice syrup? Lots of ice too!

Did this a few years back - really yummy but ISO clear drinks in case we need to be inside.
