Post your fantasy divorce ring here

So weird…

Are you rewarding yourself for something? I would invest in a trip or gym membership, not jewelry to celebrate my failed marriage.

But do what works for you.

OP here. I already have a yearly trip with girlfriends and a gym membership. I also have a job and a social life.

I am coming out of the fog of believing that to have things like a nice ring, a man has to seem me worthy for it. Therefore, I'll buy my own ring.

This was meant to be a fun post!

I would probably have fun searching The Real Real for a deal on a designer fine jewelry ring. I think easier to feel confident I am buying exactly what I’m think I’m buying with “designer” brands from The RealReal.

I like wider rings, and would choose maybe something fun by Marco Bicego, but that’s just me.

Op, what styles do you like?! This is fun!

OP - Hmm... I'm torn between something fun and flashy and something understated that I could wear everyday. My old ring was antique and understated and I did wear it all the time.

For flashy:

I like the bold Cherish ring!

11:46 here – I hadn’t even thought of something like The Real Real. Good idea!

We are in 2024. Your worth to a man is not something that the modern woman is loosing sleep over..but apparently it is making you loose sleep.

You know what I am going to say next lol.the favorite thing that the women here love for people you to do...T-H-E-R-A-P-Y....use the ring money for that

You aren't going to get much from selling your ring.

This post is depressing.

Not OP, but you’re really really rude.

I’m divorced and have wanted to buy myself a ring for at least five years now.

My boobs are fantastic. No need for a boob job or any procedures.

So why the hell haven't you? Sounds kind of pathetic.

I’m amused that so many of you are pretending to have never ever (clutches pearls) heard of such a thing.

Getting out of a bad marriage is a success. Not a failure!

This!! For some or many people, it’s a very difficult decision, not taken lightly, and is brave and difficult.

if you're not going to some kind of gala where you break out the bling, women who wear diamonds besides wedding rings are kinda trashy

tons of diamonds, nicotine stained fingers and jaundiced eyes...

I can picture this so easily. Expensive rings on ugly, old hands.
