are we in a drought? why is there almost zero rain?

We switched from El Niño to last Nina which is drier. It does feel extreme though. Less mosquitoes is a nice perk. I’m letting our grass die and just saving the tomatoes and the bushes. Felt bad for birds and wildlife.
