Night nanny tax question

It is standard to have them be an IC of the agency. They pick and choose which gigs to take on thereby dictating their own schedules, the agency does not train them, and agency does not control what they do on shift, and they can also take on their own private clients or work with multiple agencies. This is what qualifies them as IC of the agency.

OP and others are curious on how the night nanny relates to them, not the agency.

Shes fulfilling a service as contracted through the agency. When I got my roof done, the roofing company sent ICs to do the tear off. When I my weekly cleaner comes, she is an IC through a cleaning agency.
