What do you mean exactly?

Ozempic comes with a pen preloaded with the drug and very easy to dispense/inject and costs me $900 per month. The compound from the pharmacy comes with the more traditional syringe and need to draw the drug from a vial each time and costs me $200 per month. Same effects each: weight loss.

This is what I use. There is no membership fee or hidden fee. It was very easy. You do inject yourself but it is very easy to do, and doesn’t hurt at all.
