Ugh! Is my username the same as my email? Logged in once and the app and didn’t remember. I keep resetting my password using the URL and it keeps saying it’s not valid.

I keep getting a message that says Access Denied. Could it possibly be because I'm currently overseas?

I also can't access overseas - I think there's some limit (but welcome others' experience).
