Yep. I add to my coffee every day instead of creamer and it’s awesome! |
Fairlife !!!!!!!!!! |

I listened to y'all and bought a case of Premier Protein (caramel), and my goodness that stuff is awful. It tastes like sweetness and chemicals. It's terrible. |
PP here. I'll add that Factor does make keto shakes that are really good. Super expensive though, and you need to have them delivered. |
I do this. But cafe latte flavor. I add it as milk in my iced coffee. They do have junk in them. And artificial sweeteners. But it's 30g protein and 160 calories. It really helps get the protein in when you don't feel you can work it in with regular meals. |
my favorite is Koai |
I can’t stand Premier Protein in any flavor. It’s just so sweet but in a bad way. Fairlife is the only shake I like - I prefer the Nutrition Plan version but will do the Core Power as well. |
When I was first diagnosed with T2D in 2015, I turned to Premier Protein to help me get protein, lose weight, fill my sweet tooth addiction etc. it was okay but I was not aware or read the ingredients.
Look at the ingredients; seed oils, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colors etc. It took me years to get my health under control, some good years, some bad (the year we tried veganism was an awful health experiment and we did it clean, no fake processed meats etc.) I have lost 60 pounds and maintained it for the past two years; but more importantly reversed diabetes, have an A1C of under 5.1 most checkups (I get bloodwork every 6 months), without any medications. My iron, vitamin D, B12 etc were always low, they are optimal now! I am mostly animal based now in my diet; ruminant meat, backyard eggs, raw milk and yogurt that I make from our raw milk, limited raw cheeses and some seasonal fruits. It’s been a game changer for my health and my family. I occasionally make a protein yogurt or shake and use Equip Foods or Noble products. They are the only products that I have found that are cleanest by far, taste good and don’t make my stomach ache. Best wishes in reversing diabetes; you can do it naturally and feel better. Don’t listen to the naysayers that say it’s a lifelong progressive disease. If you follow the ADA advice , it will lead to more interventions. Stay off sugar, processed foods, seed oils to start. Good luck! |
I like Vega Protein Made Simple, which has no artificial sweeteners. I double the serving. |
Try protein milkshake bar. It’s the only one that tastes good imo, and zero sugar. |
I ordered them and love them. I'm surprised since most others taste chalky. I'm a teacher so I drink one on the way to school. |
Optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein. It’s a powder. Just mix with water (or milk if you prefer). |
Additional comment - this is a protein supplement. Not truly meant to be used as a meal replacement. |
Orgain Protein, preferable chocolate. |
