High HR Zones? Or am I Dying of a Cardiac Condition?

There can be many reasons for a high HR - I would back down on my training, try shorter runs and see what you get for recordings. If you have access to a treadmill - inside - it might be a good time to see how that impacts your numbers.

Afternoon, no, it was on a cool treadmill in my basement. I was hydrated, I sleep well. And again none of this is unusual it is sustained over different types of cardio and over many months and different physiological circumstances.

Have you ever had an EKG? A cardiologist stress test? Why not get those. Then you will know one way or the other.
I had those at 50 something and cardiologist said "you will be on blood pressure meds by 60." Right he was.

Mine is high and always has been. I can hit 180/190 in an intense workout. I've been this way for decades-I'm 51 now. Aside from high bp which is genetic and I've had since my 20s I have no cardiac issues or risk factors. I've been to a cardiologist and have no issues. I did have pre-e in my last pregnancy but that wasn't totally unexpected with the hp.

Everyone is going to be different. A high HR isn't necessarily bad.
