Good theater in DC?

Don't forget to look out for high school and university productions. Sometimes they are really well done.

The "Tempest" with the sleight-of-hand card tricks by Ariel and the fantastic, tragic, double-bodied Caliban? I saw that too and would see it again and again. Round House really does incredible productions. Well worth the drive or Metro to Bethsda.
