New Principal dominates IEP meetings

I have tried to use a similar tactic of calling out people - be careful.
If you are doing this - some of these teachers are putting their necks out there and they will suffer the wrath of the administration.
I had one great teacher who said something that was not aligned with the head of special ed - she left the school the next year.

I have post-its with key phrases because in the moment, I will never remember these tips.
For example - this is really overwhelming me right now, can we take a 5 minute break.

Or - as a parent, I am supposed to be a full and equal member of the IEP team, and right now I am not feeling that way as my concerns are being dismissed......
