Question for those who attend games at Audi Field and live in Baltimore/Howard/Anne Arundel Counties

Have you done it? I was hoping that someone would share their personal experience with the best way to use public transportation. I've tried searching and people throw out ideas, but there are few suggestions from people who actually use public transportation to get there.

Yes, the Green Line goes to Maryland. If you park in Greenbelt, it looks like it's a 40-minute ride to the Navy Yard stop, plus a 10-minute walk to Audi. It takes at least 40 minutes from where I live to get to the Greenbelt Metro station, so that's way longer than driving, even with traffic. Last year, there was construction, so the Green had a bus service for part of the route making it well over two hours.

Am I missing a better way to get there?

Drive. Park on the streets near yards park. Metered parking up to six hours. Take the footbridge along the waterfront. Have some oysters at salt line. Cross at the circle to audi. 15 minutes not including the oyster stop.

Try to avoid crowded games. Along with the 15-20 min walk (stadium to Metro platform), add a 10-15 wait for train. Uber doesn't work coming from points west or north because the stadium was shoehorned in between the river and a military site. Beyond poor planning on this one.

Thank you! That's just the type of information I was looking for. I don't mind a two-hour commute getting there, but it's not ideal when heading home.
