Do I tell my manager she is never appreciates my work?

I feel your pain. You need to quit. This pos likes to bring people down and will never appreciate anything so time to go. Wipe your tears and send out many resumes.

You want a pat in the head/gold star for doing your job? 🤦‍♀️ One of the many challenges with everyone getting a trophy all the time. Grow up, this is the real world

One thing I’ve learned being a manager for many years is that there is a wide variation in the amount of appreciation people need. Some people need it constantly and feel that lack of feedback means something is wrong. Some people don’t need any feedback or appreciation in order to feel valued.

Your manager may not have learned this yer and may have more of the second mindset themselves and not feel that showing appreciation is important.

You are there to max paycheck not to earn favors from a manager, who is probably 1 out of 12 during your career.

How does OP know she's a high performer?

Two things do not reconcile: everyone on DCUM is a high performer, and everyone on DCUM knows that 80% of their colleagues do horrible work.

All of my colleagues believe they are super high performers who deserve raises every year. Meanwhile, they send memos to executives with language such as "the change in policy had adverse affects on both him and I...",
