I don't hate but avoid ebooks. After tapping on computer keyboards, mouse and phones all day, eyes, hands and neck need rest. |
I know you said NOVA, but many MCPS HSs have used book sales in March. They are EXCELLENT, our family, kids and adults, come away with a lot of books each year very inexpensively
In Annapolis, the Rotary Club has a BIG book sales about 4 times a year. It's really magnificent.
Second Story Books in Rockville, hands down.
The library or thrift books.
2nd and Charles, although I realize Chantilly isn't super close to Tyson's.
Reston Regional library just had a huge used book sale last month, but I believe there’s another in the fall. They also have separate sales for children’s books. The library is closing for a few weeks for renovations, but I’m sure the other county libraries do the same sort of sales.
