Once I lost my 20 pounds two years ago (which I did very slowly), I just kept eating the same things and exercised the same way. The only difference is that occasionally I allow myself some treats, but not too often. The only way weight loss sticks is with a lifestyle change! |
I did 2 things. My first goal was 165 (I am 5'9"). When I hit that I adjusted the goal to 150. I made it to 148 and am holding at 149/150 so far.
My reward was new clothes. I really can't wear much of my old wardrobe because it is too large. So it's been fun to buy clothes in a size I haven't been since before having kids. |
I lost 54 pounds (thank you Wegovy), and when I hit my goal weight I celebrated by going clothes shopping! |
