Does your injector tell you that you are beautiful?

I don't have an injector, but my Russian bikini waxer always says "you have such sensitive skin and such coarse hair" disapprovingly, as she rips it out of my crotch. As if I can help it, lady!

Lol.

I sit here typing with a cold press on my frown lines trying to stem possible bruising.

She said she thought she did a good job but didn’t comment on my beauty.

+10000 you are gullible. This bs keeps you coming back to freeze your face.

Uhm I am coming back to freeze and fill my face because I like the way it looks.

Mine told me I have great skin which is simply not true.

No, I have never been told I am beautiful. They usually comment on my eye color, and I have been told "I can tell you already wear your sunscreen. Keep it up!"

Never

I must be really ugly

I was told that in two years, with Botox, lasers, and filler, I could look so much better. I was there for Botox only.

…but this was in Brazil, which is much more beauty obsessed than the US, IMO.

I had it said to me again this am and am just wondering, is this something all injectors say to their patients? Or am I possibly better looking than I assume? 😝

Yes, they all tell me (same with plastic surgeons)....so I feel like maybe it's just a thing they do. But at the same time, I did have a plastic surgeon convince me NOT to have a rhinoplasty because I was already beautiful and my nose was fine. So idk if he had any ulterior motives.

I ended up having rhinoplasty with another surgeon (when I was 21) and hated the result lol. It made my nose look too small and lack definition (like an asian person's nose on a caucasian face). So I guess I should have listened to the first surgeons advice

I would think you are pretty then.

No but my DH does. I’m not really interested in my derm (who does do my 11s… and my skin cancer check) that way. 😂

My plastic surgeon did not tell me that I was beautiful, but when she saw DH and my 4 year old, she very much commented on how good-looking they are. Now every time I see her for botox, she asks me how my "beautiful family" is doing.

I do not think she's blowing smoke up my ass. DH is very handsome (I am average), and DD looks just like him.

They tell me I have beautiful eyes. I've been told this my whole life but there's been a resurgence as I age because I think the rest of my face is haggard so my eyes stand out even more. I get this from injectors, clerks, other parents. It weirds my teenage daughters out if they hear it.

Yes frequently, but he's also my plastic surgeon and has done my mid-facelift and brow lift so I think he's just complimenting his own work.
