Why does APS school lunch suck?

I agree with this. But there are other school districts that clearly agree with what you are saying and serve better food. Why isn’t Arlington one of them?

I think the food has actually improved in recent years, I would judge based on the Covid years. I work in an elementary school and while we don’t have a salad bar, which would be great, the fruit and vegetable offerings are usually very good. They added things like potstickers, empanadas, Pupusas that’s are good enough that several adults buy them (including me)
