What GPA for schools like Va Tech & Penn State?

PP here. I think 33 is the average ACT at their Big3, so not that great in context. Really smart ADHD kid that struggled with the day to day work load in high school and online/hybrid school during the pandemic was a bust, which is why there is a the lower GPA.Teacher recs were likely really good as DC is engaged and well liked by teachers. Ended up at a higher ranked school.

Our school had 10 between both schools most were B+ students.
