Switching jobs - what's it worth?

I make $140,000 right now and was looking at a job that was close to $100,000 more than what I make now. But then they said I would have to come into the office at a minimum 3 days a week and the commute is close to an hour one way (in semi-ok traffic). I work from home 4-5 days a week now depending on the week. So even for $100k more than what I make right now it wouldn't be worth it. I have 3 young kids and a husband who works in the office 4ish days a week.
