Resale on that is not going to be good.
You’d need to get it way below market value because you are going to sell it below market value.

Agreed. Need a truly professional staging job to show the possibilities of something that's very out of the ordinary. They didn't even move random household junk out of the way. Much less show some creative potential.

Pi is infinite therefore there is no such thing as a perfect circle. This should make wiring and plumbing easier.
