Help me with ideas for healthy after dinner treat

Yasso ice cream bars (about 100 calories) and single serve skinny pop bags. These are filling and will leave you satiated without a lot of calories.

Given what you posted, I'd say 1 cup of bom chikka pop popcorn and cranberry tea or sparkling water.

Maybe try completely changing your evening routine. Go for a walk after dinner. Then, get ready for be bed and settle in with a book. This was what helped me to completely break the habit of eating or drinking (other than water) after dinner. It’s helped my sleep and my weight.

I smash up a ripe banana and add about 1/2 cup milk.

Frozen yogurt with walnuts or pecans and cup of hot water much later and in the winter

Sugar free jello with cool whip
Baby carrots with hummus (single serving tubs from Sam’s club)

Egglife wrapped with peanut butter and apples

Strawberries or lightly dipped on chocolate sprinkled with walnuts.

It is going to be easier to go cold turkey and not eat at all after dinner. It is also better for you imo.

I'd also skip the wine, and eat a small wedge of Brie with a drizzle of runny honey.

A few dried figs (2-4). They are super sweet and loaded with nutrients and fiber

I like to eat a piece of (Trader Joe's) candied ginger. Somehow that signals to me that the eating is done.

It’s the wine. It needs to go.

Then there will still be sugar cravings after dinner but it will ease up.
