Maybe try completely changing your evening routine. Go for a walk after dinner. Then, get ready for be bed and settle in with a book. This was what helped me to completely break the habit of eating or drinking (other than water) after dinner. It’s helped my sleep and my weight. |
I smash up a ripe banana and add about 1/2 cup milk. |
Frozen yogurt with walnuts or pecans and cup of hot water much later and in the winter |
