I like anything with a monogram, if you know what the child's name will be. Pottery Barn kids makes some cute stuff.

I've also gotten gifts for second babies at babystyle.com. I feel like the second baby always gets hand-me-downs so I look for unique gifts there - the sorts of things a mom wouldn't buy herself, esp. for a second baby.
