OP are you looking to rent? Your post above makes it seem that way. If so, keep looking - there are always placing coming available but they move QUICKLY. And I found that they tend to rent only about 1 - 1 1/2 months ahead - when I was looking a good 2 months ahead, I couldn't find anything. People wanted renters sooner that we were ready to move.

I have friends who have a 2-bedroom townhouse there (Clarendon model I think) and they've been renting it since they moved to a larger single-family home. It's in good condition, though I'm not sure what's been done to it in terms of kitchen/bath improvements. I think they currently have renters, but I can check.
