Yes. When we first received the email to go to SchoolCash Online it glitched/didn't work. But thanks to your post, I just went and tried again and it went through.

I do not believe MCPS pays for Dual Enrollment classes during the summer. Only during the regular school year. |

My rising 9th grader was approved to take Health A and B and I've paid already, $728.25 total. Email them through their Help link on the summer school webpage. |
