If you are doing monitoring at SG - before of illiegal billing practices

SG did two OB ultrasounds for me when I got pregnant without ART after doing IVF there for #1 -- the coded it as "insemination by another facility". No problem, no hassles. They told me they did it all the time.

They will do them for natural cycles even if you didn't succeed with IVF there. It's a completely different issue if you did ART somewhere else, as you are technically under the care of another physician and not SG physicians.

Recieved a bill today from SG and I'm so upset, tried to call Rockville, but they won't be available to Monday.

CFA has been doing my remote monitoring for a cycle at SIRM and I haven't had any problems. They bill my Federal BCBS for the ultrasounds/bloodwork and all has been covered with the exception of the co-pays.

CFA is so much better about remote monitoring than SGF.

I'm a happy SGF patient but I was very disappointed with the Fair Oaks office billing staff, and had to talk to Rockville every step of the way.
