| Send kids in with the pin hole cereal boxes and don’t worry about it |
Not a bum teacher. Just an honest one! lol |
| My daughter is in kindergarten and I trust her teacher entirely to make her keep her glasses on. Her teacher has been doing this for almost 30 years and she has complete classroom management control. If you don’t believe in your teachers, then go pick up your kids. Problem solved. |
| Our school isn’t providing glasses at all and making kids stay in. I’m picking up early so my kids can see it at home outside with the glasses. |
| Only a few more hours and everyone can stop talking about this! I can't wait! By dinner tonight the madness will be over. |
Right. Teachers are bums. |
Not sure what we will be looking at here at 86 percent totality |
You hate us 'cause you ain't us. Feel free to become a teacher! Many openings! |
Exactly. But I'm just so tired of hearing about it, especially for people who are staying around town. But really everyone. We can go back to bemoaning the middle east and the advanced age of both of our presidential candidates. |
Thanks for cementing that teachers are in fact bums. |
No I'm not batshit crazy but my ES in MCPS won't let the kids outside and my kids want to see the Eclipse so now I have to pick them up early to see it. I'm not worried about safety! |
| Our school is handing out glasses and taking the kids outside. Not to be a complete bummer but it is supposed to be really cloudy this afternoon so I'm not sure what any of us are going to see. |
| I am thrilled that my kid’s FCPS elementary is taken out the kids with glasses. What an awesome experience for them! I expected the opposite (cancel recess, nobody goes outside). Love that they are embracing it and not worried at all. |
