Cancelled practices

Our club follows Fairfax County Public School weather closing.

They will monitor the weather and if it causes for dangerous storm then they will cancel club wide.

DS plays for MLSN. The coach will cancel if there is a drop of rain, okay, that is a bite of an exaggeration. If we play on Sunday, he will cancel Monday practice and will not make it up. We should be practicing four days a week like the rest of the MLSN team in the club, but we only have practices outside and one video session a week.

As soon as the weather turns beautiful, kids will be back to missing practices as normal because their sister has a recital

a lot of teams cancel their monday practice. It's recovery day. Oh and yes you should only be practicing outside if you are an MLSn team. Your kid is old enough to figure out what to wear for the weather.

Recovery day for who? The lazy coach? Cause half players on the team will still be training.

Don't you believe in overuse? How about you go run 100% for 80 minutes and then go to run 100% for 50 minutes the next day. That's if you can run.
