Woodard - we keep outside year round. Got lucky with timing when we purchased as it was end of summer and on sale. 20+ years strong. Even found vintage pieces to accompany.

| I like anodized aluminum dining sets. Expensive but last forever. I tie cushions to the chairs when we are hosting, but otherwise, just hose down the furniture occasionally. I have had mine for 10+ years. |
| I think it depends on how much tree cover you have. We have a wrought iron set we got 15 years ago from Hearth and Plow. It’s not damaged at all but it’s filthy and hard to clean. |

This looks cool and is for restaurants, so that could mean it's sturdier than what they make for residential.
