What in the ever hell does this mean? First off, who is โtheyโ? Attorneys? ๐ |

As a Loudoun resident, I thank God every single day that our progressive prosecutor was thrown out in the last election.
Fairfax and Arlington are probably stuck with their insane prosecutors for the long-term due to their deep blue politics. You get what you vote for! Descano is garbage and deserves to be publicly shamed for his job performance. |
Soros picked them out then funded their election campaigns. But law schools are where the extreme left ideology took root long before Harvard etc made the news. Nearly every faculty member has the same progressive ideology unless it's one of the few schools with Federalist Society funding or alums. Right now any law student expressing "prosecutor friendly" views is shunned by classmates and ridiculed in class. |
| Went to law school. Also a police officer. This is sadly true. My memory of law school was mostly well off people, faculty included, with little to no real life experience and insulated/protected by the walls of a university setting, bickering and pushing far left ideals. |

Just a mental illness problem. He was off his medication. He's not competent to stand trial.

Fantastic news! Hope he gets mental
Healthcare and is released soon. |
Bc the alternative they gave us in Fairfax was nuts. How about a normal candidate? |
Too bad. If he is not responsible enough to take his medication, he is not responsible enough to be allowed to walk the streets of our country as a free citizen. Citizens should not be prey for this man because of his "mental health issues." We either protect citizens, or we protect criminals. |
| It does not matter whose fault it is or why he committed a crime. This guy is clearly violent and he is a threat to public safety. He needs to be kept away from people in a secure setting where he cannot of more harm. I don't care whether this is a mental institution or jail, but he needs to be locked away to protect everyone else. |
You can't force someone to take poison. |
What difference do you think that makes? There are hundreds of rapes a year regardless of who is in office. https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/police/sites/police/files/assets/images/helpfulinfo/crime%20in%20our%20county/crime%20statistics/2019_group_a_offenses.pdf |
Improving the social contract is a good aim but GEEEEZ that's a monumentally dumb way to do it. |
We can force him behind bars where he will not be a threat to innocent people. |
Agree that is a goal of theirs. Unfortunately, importing millions of unskilled, low wage, low resource workers who are not a product of our system is a disingenuous way to force the issue. |
Just needed a few more wrap around services. He is the real victim here. |
