I think she is lonely. Her children are grown and gone, Ray is always gone. Her parents are gone. Does she have any real friends??

Her trial in MoCo was this week and she was found guilty of DUI. Sentencing late January unless she appeals.

I met her husband before. Truly a gentleman and class act. Unfortunately, he was blinded by Karen’s charms and tried to turn a single party mom into a housewife. In his old age, he shouldn’t be worried about his wife going to jail for DUI’s. This is apparently her fourth DUI in Montgomery County. How she has escaped jail time is anyone’s guess.

Bravo / Andy Cohen would fire her if she wasn’t a fan favorite and ratings draw of the show.

I don’t think Karen’s parents dying is an excuse but middle age women suddenly developing alcoholism is a thing. I think Karen’s real issue is she wants out of the marriage but doesn’t want to hurt Ray because he’s a good guy. She drinks at bars with younger guys and Ray is in Florida half the year. They’re practically separated already
