Can I ask if these were all initially RD or are some were deferrals form earlier rounds? Mine will be applying next year and I'm trying to understand where to EA vs where to RD.

I don’t get it at all. My daughter took it at school this week and her scores are due April 18 🙄

UGh. that was my Junior ALL of last year. He finally got back on the field early October Senior year. Not enough time. He's talking to coaches at his admitted schools--but of course already filled rosters...might be able to walk on, practice with team, redshirt, etc. depending on the school.

I'm sorry to both posters. Injuries also threw a wrench into my DC's plans. I hope they can still stay connected to their sports.

Most of the schools we applied to don't have EA...only two of these are deferrals from EA.

How many schools did your DC apply to?

A lot. I think 18.

I hope you gave lots of good news! That was surely a ton of work for your DC.

Key for us was to start early! Main essay was done over the summer. Worked on supplementals in batches and had 3 or 4 "stock" ones that were pretty easily customized in some cases. Hoping for good news too but DC does have one acceptance that they'd be happy with if nothing else comes through.

Scratch that. Son unfortunately got declined from Drexel. Bummer, but it just means that wasn't where they were supposed to be. On ward and upward!

They knew he was too good for them. Onward!

Just W&M. Wish they'd release already so dc could make their final decision.

For Lehigh to release its regular decisions so my ED2 kid can sign up for an Accepted Students visit. They haven't even released the dates yet and it is pretty annoying considering we have to plan travel and work around their part-time job and other activities.
