Older DD is 2nd grade/8yo

Target. We own so much Cat and Jack stuff.

On occasion I find something at Carters or OshKosh that she would like when I'm browsing for her 3yo sister, but she's starting to age out of a lot of their stuff.

8yo is very petite, so we have lots of trouble finding bottoms that actually fit her both in length and at the waist. We've not been successful with either Old Navy or Gap.
