Just do a halo. It’s cheaper in the long run because it’s one and done. I’ve done an IPL series and didn’t really notice a difference. One halo and I was looking like a porcelain doll. I’m 46 and fair with blue eyes. Now I do halo once every few years and maintain with retin-a and peels in between.
