Oops. DC just submitted the continued interest form yesterday (due 3/8 per Michigan). DC was postponed from EA for one of the preferred admission degrees.
Fingers crossed that DC will have a shot at Michigan. |
My kid was also planning to send the LOCI by the deadline of 3/8. I will not be mentioning this to her! |
| College Confidential is absolute crickets re: RD notifications for Michigan. Are y’all referring to EA applications that were deferred and now notified of an acceptance, or RD (2/1 deadline) notifications? |
I find it hard to believe anyone got in today. Nothing on any other site. UMich usually notifies on a Friday. |
Every time I go try and find any RD 2028 thread on CC it takes me 10-15 clicks, the navigation and search is absolutely atrocious. I have never seen a website with a worse UX and UI, it's truly tragic. |
| My DC was deferred from EA and has heard nothing. |
They will likely release decisions on 3/29 at 3:00. No decisions yet. |
i Not true |
When people like the PP post false information like that, I actually begin to wonder if that person even knows the difference between Michigan and Maine or Minnesota. |
They know. I assume they are just messing with us. |
They're definitely lying. There is one Michigan RD release date (with some specific exceptions for kids who auditioned for unique musical theater spots, etc.) and it is the last Friday in March. |
Their loss!!! |
Where have they already heard from that they will attend instead? Bc most RD is not out. Maybe they applied ED2 elsewhere? |
Truly tragic? Get a grip, woman. |
Non-restrictive early schools like Princeton and Yale. |
