| Two pages fine for a targeted resume for a specific role. When just sending resume for introductions and trying to get referrals I do one page because it makes it easy for people to quickly scan a single page. |

| If you are mid-career it is absolutely okay to have a two page resume. 3+ pages is too many. Be concise. |
