What to do about ADHD meds for 15-year-old DD?

We have a teen on 37.5 sertraline and 20 mg generic Focalin XR. 50 mg of the SSRI was too much so we backed down. The Focalin was bumped up from 10 mg to 20 mg within the last year and seems to be the right dosage.
You may need to give the ADHD meds a longer trial. |
