Oh. I thought you were replying to the prostate part of the comment not the child birth. I have heard people say that but I’d think the overall and extended pain might outweigh the orgasmic parts. If I was completely able to mentally shift away from the pain without losing the other sensations - maybe? I have no idea, I had 30 hours of labor leading to a C.
