Agree -- this is also a staple for me! But you can get it (and other Korean brands like Dr. Jart, La Neige, etc.) for half the price from Korean websites like Stylevana, so I've stopped buying it from Sephora.

Olaplex is really for people who color their hair, if you have natural hair I would recommend only trying one product (maybe the oil) and seeing how that works out before you get more.

Also for your dry hair - Olaplex 4 and 5 are game changers. Use them one or twice a week and your hair will be much less dry.

I have dry hair and Olaplex 4 and 5 make it worse. My stylist said "Yeah, Olaplex is not for everyone." YMMV, OP.

I’m not a fan of any of the Olaplex products either. I bought some shampoo and conditioner by Amika at Sephora that I love.

I’d consider the Dyson hairdryer. If you don’t have a LED mask, I’d buy one (I bought the Dr. Denis Gross LED mask from Sephora).

I highlight my hair and Olaplex does not work on my hair.

You are so wrong to recommend that cakey tarte concealer to a 50 yo.

Also check out Olive Young Global, YesStyle, Jolse! They're all great. Shipping is longer than US-based sites (can take up to a month) but the prices are much better so I usually do a bulk order of staples 1-2X per year.

La Mer - creme de la mer, the emulsion fluid, gel cleanser.

This one won't get you very far in terms of using up your gift card - but I've started using an enzyme scrub by Wishful that I think does make my 50 year old skin look and feel better:

https://www.sephora.com/product/wishful-by-huda-yo-glow-facial-enzyme-scrub-P455676?om_mmc=aff-linkshare-redirect-AysPbYF8vuM&c3ch=Linkshare&c3nid=AysPbYF8vuM&affid=AysPbYF8vuM-R9o.sWvBzCR81d7TciloVA&ranEAID=AysPbYF8vuM&ranMID=2417&ranSiteID=AysPbYF8vuM-R9o.sWvBzCR81d7TciloVA&ranLinkID=10-1&browserdefault=true

Unfortunately Sephora doesn't carry the two lines that steal most of my skincare $ - Obagi and Skinceuticals - or I'd recommend some of those products.
