Compliance or internal investigations at a company could work. Likely a 9-5 job. Mostly could be done remotely.

This is incredibly unrealistic. No Hill experience, no recent work experience, and no subject matter expertise means that OP isn't going to get a lobbying or policy job.

Oversee the contract management tools, handle administrative relationships with law firms, maintain contract templates and playbooks, etc. At bigger companies, there are multiple people on the team.
