What kind of vehicle do we need with college kids

I’m keeping our Honda minivan until it its last breath and maybe my first grandchild. Hoping it makes it to 200k miles or more. It’s silly to spend money on a new vehicle when the minivan works great.

NOOOOOOOO. If you need to move anyone, rent a haul/van/bigger vehicle. Otherwise get something with good gas mileage and comfortable for doing road trips, daily trips.

+1. Minivan people are a strange breed. You’ll pry the keys to their minivan out of their cold, dead hands. My 70 year old aunt, with 3 children in their 30s, still refuses to part with her minivan.

This will be me! About to buy our third one. I’m too practical to pay the SUV premium just for image. To get the same functionality I’d have to pay double!
