For boys, play on a MLS next or ECNL team. Go to the bigger tourneys and stand out. Also email coaches ahead of time with a highlight clip.

Can also attend school specific ID camps. Don't do the multi school camps, those are a waste of money unless you just want some extra soccer sessions.

Can start at 8th or 9th grade to the schools you guys are interested in, just to get your kids face seen by the coaches. Gets more serious after 10th.
