Middle schoolers road trip- good audiobooks/podcasts?

We listened to some of the Narnia books. Also, Jim Weiss stories. Our library has lots.

Last road trip the entire family enjoyed listening to Harry Potter. Another trip we did Anne of Green Gables, which everyone loved. Harry Potter's later books are pushing up against our scary tolerance for the youngest so hoping to avoid too dark/dystopian. 10yr old and just turned 13yr old.

"Adventures of a girl called bicycle"!- it's a great book for road trips since the main character goes from NE DC to California on her bike and it is just so so good! We've listened to it a few times and even my audio-book hating kid will get into the story.

Another good one is 'the swifts'- it's funny and typical British humor, read by the author and she does a really good job.
