It's called context, and it's important when you're evaluating the validity of an assertion. If you're saying that people who don't want the US involved in the Ukraine/Russia conflict are pro-Russia and everything Russia stands for, then it stands to reason that the same is true for the left and the Palestine/Israel conflict. |
It’s whataboutism. Let’s stick to Tucker interviewing a KGB dictator who hates gays, pushes his political opponents out of windows or sends them to Gulags in Siberia, and is invading neighboring countries in an effort to grow territory lost and become an empire again. And let’s talk about how conservatives are okay with listening to this propaganda session because of their confirmation bias. You hate liberal culture so much you’re willing to align with an authoritarian regime. |
When you get an interview from Putin via a crooked entertainer like Tucker, you are getting spoonfed a one-sided media diet. You’ll be sucking back a propaganda milkshake. |
| I don't see any issue with banning TC from travel through Europe, just as there are sanctions on Putin's other cronies |
| Hoping Tucker will ask Putin if he would accept a peace deal in which 5000 Russian can immigrate to Ukraine a day. |
| KEEP HIM PUTIN |
He’s only useful as a plant if he’s here. Over there he ceases to have any function. |
So, you have an opinion now? Charlie Rose: Megyn Kelly: Barbara Walters: Oliver Stone: |
Oliver Stone should probably be on the Tucker Carlson side of Russian propagandist. Were there sanctions when Rose, Kelly and Walters interviewed Putin, or did you not think that far through this? Tucker went to court to make it clear that he’s an entertainer, not a journalist, and no sensible person would take him for a journalist. So here you are, clowning for him. |
| Isn’t he Trump’s VP? |
But there is a difference between PR and Journalism. |
|
Putin gives a great interview, so this will be much watch TV(X).
I love how all the usual suspects are kvetching about this. They want us to fight Russia, but you would never catch them in a trench. |
