Exactly. It’s a whole lot of marketing to distract smaller clubs from what they are entitled to under FIFA. It really also gives smaller clubs the shaft.

I wonder if someone can start a small soccer non profit to help small clubs pursue these claims with FIFA. FIFA also gives some admin/legal fees if u win the claim so that can offset the admin costs.

That's tough for the true good grassroots clubs who actually develop the kids who go to MLS Next teams at U14, U15

But no one cares about those clubs

If enough kids qualify, it would make sense for a contingency plaintiffs firm to enter the space

The clubs who use these players to win after they were developed well at the grassroots care and or should care.
