We’ve been looking in Alys beach and, sadly, $6M doesn’t get you much at this point. If you are ok with small then there are options, but not a lot

I agree too. Definitely don't solicit ideas from others. Always best to be closed minded and know that no one else could have ideas that are either better or different than you have already considered

OP has probably been working hard on the family business and enjoying his/her ocean block beach house a short drive from DC. What kind of comment is this anyway?
