| For the very best, see if Baked and Wired will let you preorder |
$52 each and not offered whole anymore -- apparently didn't have enough staff to keep up with the orders |
+1 |
Ugh. I hate home-cooked/made food for these events. You never know what one's kitchen is like. Store bought is the way. However I do refrain from dining at these events. I'm not one for buffets. |
Bad advice for events where you don't know who will be there. Bacon is no bueno for people from at least two major world religions. |
has anyone seen these at Costco recently? |
| Ugh the "just make it!" responses when OP asks "where to buy?" |
It's by la terra fina, a two pack. They are ok, but nothing like a bakery quiche. I think it's maybe $13 for the two pack. |
$52! For eggs and pie crust?! |
I saw them a few weeks ago. They are in one of the refrigerated foods aisles. The one with macarons, the veggie cakes, etc. |
Hmm I haven't seen them at Sterling. But I haven't seen my beloved veggie cakes at Sterling for a loooong time! |
I havent been to costco recently, but I used to see them with the pre-made foods too. Like the caeser salads, near where the rotisserie chickens are. |
| Whole Foods, in the refrigerated prepared foods section - sooo good. Butternut squash one is my favorite. |
The veggie superfood thing? It was at the Chantilly Costco today, at the end aisle where they keep the cheeses. |
| Moms Apple Pie store has great quiche but there are only 3 stores, in VA. |
